“We stayed at Residenza Ki in early July. It's a small guesthouse, and the staff were pleasant, polite and helpful. The room and common areas were clean, and the continental breakfast was plentiful. Our room was not overly large but adequate; the wardrobe doors were missing, but you don't go to Rome to look at wardrobe doors. The one real problem was the water: every shower we tried, morning, evening or night, was cold. The management said they were having trouble with the boiler, but it was never sorted in our room. Perhaps you get what you pay for. The location, right on the edge of old Rome, put the main sights within walking distance. If the hot water were fixed, it would be a great place to stay.”

“The location was fantastic, right in the heart of Rome, so all the major attractions were within walking distance. The Trevi Fountain was less than a five-minute stroll away. The man at reception was lovely, spoke excellent English and was extremely helpful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone planning a short break in Rome; over three nights, being close to the main tourist spots really mattered.”

“The location is superb — I couldn't imagine anything better. The room was cosy, clean and nicely arranged. Breakfast should suit everyone, with ham, cheese, cereals, marmalades, juices, great bread, croissants and marvellous coffee. The people working there are very kind and helpful, especially the manager, who answered every one of our irritating questions about where to go and what to see. For our next trip to Rome, we're choosing Residenza Ki again.”

7.6Verified guest

“Everything was great — excellent service and a brilliant location really close to the centre, the monuments, the main attractions, great restaurants and plenty of shopping. The beds were soft, and the room felt wonderful and perfect. The continental breakfast was excellent, and I really enjoyed the food choices.”

7.6Verified guest

“Breakfast was standard. The room was good and newly refurbished, with decent space for central Rome. It looked onto a side street, so it wasn't too noisy. Reception was good, and one of the staff was extremely nice and helpful, pointing out all the places of interest.”
